Booster seat question
At what age and weight do they no longer need to use a booster seat? My son is 8 now and I can't remember what the law was.
Anyone?

Children must be in a booster seat until age 7. If you google it, you will also find that there are height requirements for safety, but in NY the law is until 7 years old.
For some reason I thought it was 8. I have a 7 1/2 year old son who is still in a booster.
