I have to have clean ones every night, the kids too, no wonder I have so much laundry

I wear mine two nights in a row but the kids usually wear them only one night

2 nights unless it's just a tee and undies....obviously I change the undies!
Unless I sweat from being too hot...then I wear fresh ones

I sleep in sweatshirt and sweatpants. I wear the pants for a while  because I feel they are not getting dirty... but shirts I change every 2 days.
