Beer of the Month Club
anyone ever give this as a gift? if so, what was your experience with it and can you recommend one? thanx!

There are so many now- friends of DH gave us a sixth month Wine of the Month club membership and it was a great gift- we got a bottle of red AND a bottle of white each month.
I wish I remembered the specific name- they were super-reliable, it came the same time every month.

How do you know which beers you are getting(names) because if it just Domestic, I hope you dont get like Coors Light.. Bud etc.. Because then you can just go to the store and buy those...

Something like this would make a great gift for the guy that "has everything".
I would love this. But I would want to get beer that is not sold in stores. You know... like those brewerys that sell their own beer brand.
If you can get beer like that shipped... then its cool. If they are gonna ship you Coors one month... then Corona the next... forget it.

I got this for my BIL for his birthday. He received 2 six packs of beer from micro-brews all over the country every month for 6 months. I have never seen one for coors light or regular store bought beers. He loved the idea of having beer being mailed to his house every month.
I can't remember the name of the company I used but a google search will give you a bunch of places to check out.

WE got this for our groomsmen. We got them engraved beer glasses and a 3 month membership. They all LOVED it!! After we got back from our HM, we got ourselves a 6 month membership!
