Dear Noisy Neighbor,
Can you please shut your surround sound off...we do share walls in this lovely condo complex! I do not enjoy vibrations on my walls every sunday night!

If it isn't his tv system then it is his kid screaming at the top of her lungs...
Plus I also enjoy my neighbor upstairs that uses a rowing machine at like midnight!
I am losing my mind.....

 Living in an apartment I feel your pain.. especially with the neighbors next door who like to turn the bathtub/shower on at 2AM or 3AM and I hear the faucet turning everytime.. O well more motivation to SAVE SAVE SAVE

yea we get it too! we live downstairs in the apartment its either a dog or kid running around i hear it in the morning or tv surround sound going on till12 am or vaccuming at night when i want to sleep. please pray Dh and i get a house real soon i am going nuts in this dam place!!

I hear ya!!!! It's my downstairs neighbor but he has been great the last month or so. His subwofer...and speakers...my furniture vibrates....it sounds like the music is coming from my apt. It's crazy though....he plays it at like 3, 4 or 5 am when he gets home....GRRRRRRRR.
Helloooooooooo, you live in an apt...how rude!!!!
