Wedding Related - hope you don't mind
A very close friend of mine is getting married next weekend. Her and her FI is trying to think of things that they can their parents.
Any ideas?

I gave my Dad a double picture frame- one side had us dancing at my sweet 16- and the other side was blank for us dancing at the wedding
he loved it-(if I got him something more $$- he wouldn't accept it- he doesn't accept gifts from his kids)
we didn't get my inlaws anything-they are getting a parent albumn that my Dad paid for in my photo package- that's enough

we gave ours these silver platters which we had engraved..We got them from things remembered..they came out very nice!

We only have parents on my side. I got my mother a "mother's love" plate from Tara China and my father a bottle of expensive scotch, which I gave them at the rehearsal dinner. We also sent them to "The Producers" on Broadway and to dinner in the city.

We gave both of our mom's diamond pendants. My mom wears hers all the time. I haven't seen my MIL's since our wedding day, though...I hope she liked it. It was
