Finding Childcare that you trust--Working or staying at home post made me think...

Anyone in Nassau have their child/children in daycare? I am just curious for future reference in case I do go back to work part-time. What daycare is it? I'd love to get some references.

THANKS!Chat Icon Chat Icon

Danielle, that is SO sweet of you but you are busy as it is with working and taking care of Jenna. I wouldn't feel right having you babysit all the time! I'm actually thinking about getting in touch with my old job and seeing if I can work 2 days a week at the office. If they say yes I'm curious to see how it would work out with daycare costs....

You would be the perfect childcare person, CPR and a nurse. (and a close friend!) Chat Icon Chat Icon

Bumping this.... my work contacted me to come back part-time...I am SO sick over putting Matteo in someone else's care, since it won't be family. Chat Icon

I know people do it all the time, need some reassurance!! Chat Icon

And maybe some recommendations of childcare places?

Isabella goes to daycare at Loving and Learning in Oceanside and I love it...she graduates out of the baby room next week and I think I am going to cry, the women that watch her have become a huge part of our lives....

What towns are you looking for a daycare in?

Thank you for writing...I am not sure how far Oceanside is from me....

I'm in Massapequa, but I would be working in Garden City.....

THANK YOU!
