Looking for a narrow end table....maybe you guys can help...
We are looking for a narrow end table to go at the end of the couch beside the wall. Something to store some things in (so something with drawers or baskets would be great for things like magazines, remotes, etc.) but not that wide...maybe over a foot wide but it can be as long as the couch..
The rest of our living room's wooden furniture are natural colored so that would be prefered too.
Right now I'm having a hard time finding something that shape/size!

Would this work? We had been looking at this end table but they didn't have it in a dark enough wood.
Ikea end table
We ended up getting a wine rack/end table from The Container Store, but they no longer carry it.

That might work. I could put baskets in it if I can find them in the right size. I kinda wish the openings were on the outside though because it would be between the wall & the couch so it would be hard to get at everything.

we actually have these tabels and we love them! There are baskets at Ikea that fit perfectly underneath that we got...they also have the matching coffee table which we have too ..it's a really nice set IMO

you are basically looking for a console table where the storage would be on the top and sides? Am i correct that the table will be up against the wall and right up against the couch so drawers on the front would be no good?

Well, if the long end is the front, then no, those drawers probably wouldn't work. If it were open and We could put baskets that would be fine....or if the short side was the front.....

Maybe a telephone table would work? Not the colors you were looking for, but these are from Pottery barn:
15 inches wide
16 inches wide 
16 inches wide
ETA: From Target, 15 inches wide
17 inches wide
