Is anyone watching Bringing home baby on TLC right now?
I am while I am working on the computer. This show is freaking me out! I am getting scared about the first few weeks after the baby is born. Anyone else feeling this way?

I love that show! How do you watch it on the computer? Do they stream from their website? That would be soo awesome, since the bedrest hit, i don't have cable at home, only at work, i can't watch anymore. BUt if i could watch baby story and bringing home baby i would be soo happy!
And yes, it makes me worry too!!! I can't wait baby story that much since the giving birth part is starting to get to me. Even though when I do watch I cry my eyes out.

i am terrified about the first few weeks at home. but thankfully we live above my mom (on 2nd floor of her house) so she will just be a few steps away!!

We were watching (DH works from home on my appointment days) and I had to change the channel because her mother (grandma) kept pinching the babies nose while he was BF to keep him from falling asleep and I was beyond mad

let me just tell you my dh and i usedto watch that and when we got home he expected the worst. most of those people are morons becuase its not like that at all. yeah i saw the one where the mother pinched the babies nose to keep the baby awake thats an old chinese thing. as long as you and dh work as a team you will be fine the first night is an adjustment as the baby may be confused with night and day and might want to stay awake. so rest up in the hospital.
