Anyone running the Cow Harbor 10K???
It will be my first time..DH has ran it for a few years now. If you are, have you done it before? Was it tough?

i don't think i'm doing it this year, but i did it a few years ago (2002). i signed up for it last year but b/c of the rain didn't go. anyway, it's a tough course definitely, especially that really big hill on uh, james street is it? it's a fun race though and coming down main street with a big crowd at the end is really cool! good luck!

Start practicing now. I've never RAN the course, but I've walked it and the James St. hill and the hills in the area are amazing! To walk  Just kidding. It's always been a goal so good luck! Def. a huge race in the country.

Where is this race?
I am supposed to do a 5k in Easthampton on Sunday if I am over the cold I got this past weekend.
I am doing another 5k at Smith Point in September and another 5k in Hampton Bays in December.
