I woke up this morning with such back pain
that it hurts to breathe! My hot shower made it better and now I've bengayed it, but what the heck? Any suggestions to make it feel better? And dh massaging it is out b/c he's at work!

ibuprofen? I hate when my back hurts!!
Maybe one of those thermacare heat packs for your back?
Also maybe try some stretches, I am sure you can find some by googling. But don't overdo it!
