First of all you are soooo lucky she slept. I cant keep Sara awake too long.
Sara wakes with spit up too but she wakes when she does it. They sell a sheet protector the goes on top of the sheet and ties into the crib - keeps from getting the sheets stained and aborbs the spit up

That's excellent that she slept through the night!!!
I would just make sure that she is well burped.
I usually hold Julia for 15 minutes in my arms in an upright position after her burps and feeding - just because i want to make sure she will not spit up - im so paranoid about that - it might help to hold her in your arms alittle longer when she's asleep and then lie her down if you find that she spits up.

I'm jealous - my son is 4 months old and still doesn't sleep the night.
However, I would feed her and hold her up for 20 minutes....I had to do that with my daughter or she'd spit up her entire bottle.

You should go straight to church and thank God your baby slept that long!! You are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo LUCKY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I agree with the other ladies i would hold her upright for a few min after feeding to make sure she has burped and or spit up whatever she has to. Hope her sleep pattern continues....
