Working mommies - question about feeding
Do you feed your baby right when he/she wakes up in the am - before you drop him/her off at daycare or does your childcare provider do the first feeding of the day?

Re: Working mommies - question about feeding
When I was nursing I would feed him right before I left for work, or sooner if he was really hungry. Then I'd bring him to daycare and they would feed him the next bottle and I would come nurse him at lunch and then they would give him the following bottle and then I'd bring him home to nurse.

Re: Working mommies - question about feeding
I nurse when he wakes and at lunch if DH brings him to my office to visit, and then when I get home. All other feedings are bottle.

Re: Working mommies - question about feeding
I would feed both in the mornings before the drop off. Nurse out of one side, pump the other , alternate the next day. - that also seemed to increase my milk supply.
Come to think of it the only time I fed on both sides was the first month & than I was feeding one side, pumping the other side - supply & demand I supose. Worked like a charm for me.
