from what i took away from my childbirth prep class this weekend i would say so!
i believe the nurse stated the higher the effacing number the quicker one will go...anyone else hear this?

Sounds promising! The beginning can take a long time so I wouldn't count on tomorrow.
Any contractions?
Go for a walk if you can, maybe that will help...
