Need a food high in folic acid?
Try wheat germ. My grandfather use to put it in everything, and i just bought it and I love it!!! Plus it gives you the added benefits of the folic acid for the baby!!!

kashi cereals are high in folic acid too i eat the heart to heart all the time.

THanks ladies, I think I am having enough, but I love wheat germ and didn't even know It had folic acid it in.... Love the Kashi TOO!!
