UGH...so very bloated today
today and yesterday I've felt VERY bloated....like there is too much air in my belly. What a terrible feeling!!!

Shana i know how you feel, often times for me its because i hate too much too fast or gas pains.... I feel like im going to burst and my belly is so bloated and hard.
