Christening Party Question...

I am having a party at a restaurant with about 38 adults and 17 kids (6 are 2 and under). It is very simple, no dj or anything, just dinner & dessert. Should I have anything to entertain kids? If so, ant ideas? I am scared it will be boring.

What is the rest of the age breakdown?
Is the restaurant closed for just your group? private room?

Usually kids can occupy themselves. Older ones will play with the younger ones. If you're concerned, I would opt for coloring books or a very simple craft. I don't think it's necessary.

Most of the other children are between 6 & 9 years old. It is in a private room.

I dont think you need to bring anything. I had 3 kids that were 10 and they were fine. They entertained themselves.

I say if you have the room throw a few balloons on the floor. It will entertain the kids.

Re: Christening Party Question...

We had a small party with about 7 kids under 5. We didn't do anything extra. They brought some little toys of their own.

This is what I did....I also ordered some simple crafts from Oriental Trading (they have alot of religious themed things if you want) and set it up on a table. The older kids helped the younger kids and it kept them occupied.
