You know you live in the south when....
Your saturday night entertainment consists of DONKEY BASKETBALL!
That's right... my coworkers rode Donkey's and attempted to play basketball... you could lead your donkey to get the ball, but you had to be mounted to shoot.
That's right, I'm so starved for entertainment DH and I both paid $7 to see this.
I have to say though, it was quite amusing. Especially seeing my AP get thrown from his donkey several times

but it couldve been even fun-ner had they used Alpacas. JMHO though.

Believe me - i had never heard of this until Tuesday when the flyers to hand out to the students went out
As for the Alpaca suggestion - I agree that it would be more amusing, however, I think they're a bit too tall... though, trying to watch my rather short AP try to mount an alpaca with a basketball in tow would probably lead to even more amusement.
