Charlie Sheen is going down...
I know people were talking about the divorce getting nasty, but smokinggun.com posted the acual court document and YIKES!!!!

He was on Extra or Access Hollywood last night saying it's not true, that she's just doing this so that she gets more child support, ruin his career and new girls clothing line  etc.
I think the truth lies somewhere in between. She seems like a good mom (from the way the press portrays her at least) but I'm really disappointed that she seems to be hooking up with Ritchie Sambora, since she and Heather Locklear are supposed to be good friends.

I just think that her dating a friend's almost ex is just mean...poor Heather! I mean, Heather was there when she was preggo with the second baby and not with Charlie.

I don't believe the dcument posted on that site. and she was on the news last night denying those allegations that she supposedly made.

DH was watching CNN last night and I heard something about this during a segway. she was denying it. or... maybe they said HE was denying it.
I of course was on LIF posting so I wasn't paying complete attention to the news

I think it is just weird! I dont know look how cozy they are already. If my memory serves I read something about emails Ritchie had from a "friend" that Heather found, maybe it was Denise.
