What does your doctor say about caffeine?
And how are you with your caffeine intake?

My doctor says no more than a glass of it or two a day. They told me to cut back on it a lot. I'm a huge coffee drinker...and even when I asked about decaf stuff...they said not to overdo it because it still contains caffeine.
I drink 2 cups of decaf a day...the rest of the day, I'll drink water and decaf iced tea.

I stopped drinking coffee and really all drinks with caffeine in it. Its the chocolate that I have a problem with. It calls out to me.

same here...if I havea headache I'll pop a couple of tylenol and a glass of pepsi and that usually helps. And of course, living down south, the Sweet Tea jsut calls my name so I'll indulge maybe once a week.
