Inspection Question
Was the seller's agent present at your inspection? The owners of the home we are buying want their agent present at the inspection. She said she will just be there to let us into the house and arm the security system after we are finished - will just sit at the dining table and do some work during the inspection. Does this sound normal?
Actual owners will not be present, just their agent.

The seller's agent was present for our inspection on the house purchase. She actually walked around with us and the inspector to every room....didn't bother us.

The seller's agent was not present at ours but the broker we used was. He was not a buyer's broker so technically he was getting paid by the seller anyway.

The seller's agent wasn't there, but the seller was home. He sat in the kitchen and chatted with us all as the inspector walked around.
