What are you eating throughout the day? I feel like I am not eating healthy enough for baby.
Sometimes I can't even decide what to eat b/c my appetite is so bizarre right now that I let myself get so hungry I feel sick and dizzy and I know that is not good....i just dont have an appetite for much.

At your point I hardly ate anything either. I lived off of pasta with butter. I felt just like you that I wasn't eating enough. But, don't worry you will more than make up for it later on. The appetite comes back.

DON'T WORRY!
Everyone is telling me I am doing just fine - I even read in FitPregnancy that if in the 1st trimester, you can only keep down potato chips, eat potato chips!
I could never ever eat potato chips right now!
This morning I had rice chex cereal with rice milk and a banana - that went well....
I threw up much later, but not from that - my coworkers were asking me whats a good Indian restaraunt around us, and I love Indian, so while I told them how to get to the rest., I had to excuse myself!
Then I ate some soy cheese later on - remember, i'm vegan, so my choices are limited - mostly I eat fruit....

Just eat whatever you can tolerate and keep down.. even if its not the healthiest and even if its the same things over and over.
Up until week 14 I ate only the following: bread (mostly bagels), white rice, plain pasta, some fruit, mashed potatoes. No meat at all, no veggie, nothing really nutrtious whatsoever..
The baby will be fine.. and you will be too!
