looking for a Pilates studio....
Does anyone know any pilates studios in Nassau County? Preferably on the NOrth Shore I work in Roslyn and live in Bethpage.

Oh, and i have never done it before so i need intro/beginner classes.

there is a pilates place in manhasset- called Powerhouse Pilates. I've taken the Allegro classes there before and they are excellent!
