I'm pretty sure there's not. The closest you might come is a Hawaiian cruise (which doesn't include drinks).
ETA: Sorry, I should have specified. I meant there aren't any, at least that I'm aware of, that are like the caribbean all-inclusives.

the only hotel that I can think of that will offer you meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is Kona Village Resort on Big Island.... but maybe there are others...
