Loan question... (Might be stupid)
If my husbands name is on my car loan from day one. We helped each other get approved, is there anyway that I can get it removed??? Thanks!

You may be able to refiance it in your name only but I think that would be your only way to possibly do it.

im not positive about the loan itself, but i'm pretty sure that you cant change the title if youre still financing it, b/c technically, the bank still owns it. did you try calling them?

I think you may have to get your spous' approval to do it. I would call the financial institution and find out.
