check out Newsday. they always have office space in great neck. i don't know any off hand...so i guess i am useless to this post, lol.

I know that NSUH has just expanded, maybe they are leasing out some space? Can't hurt to check.
Also I think 444 Community Drive is renting. (I used to work next door)
