We've all tried insane diets in the past (cabbage soup, anyone?), whether to squeeze into our wedding dresses or just our favorite pair of pants.

I'm writing a story about women who have tried nutso diets that actually worked (even if just short term). Some examples:

*I ate fast food and nothing else
*I ate tons of a special Cuban soup my mom invented
*I stopped drinking coffee and cola
*I ate everything I wanted until 4 PM and then stopped chowing down
*I drank a glass of merlot a night with dinner
*I ate one giant bag of candy corns throughout the day and nothing else (that was actually me)
*I ate Cocoa Puffs anytime I wanted something sweet
*I switched from beer to wine
*I ate no solid foods, only liquids
