Baby Bjorn

Yesterday I tried to put my son into the Baby Bjorn Carrier, but I couldn't figure out how to get him into it. Does anyone have one - and if so, can you explain to me how to get him into it once it's on you?

TIA

The directions are actually on the inside of the carrier. I'll try to describe it.

You put it on. You buckle one side of it & the bottom portion of it. You slip his leg & his arm through on the side you have buckled & then you buckle the next side, making sure his leg is through that hole.

Thanks. I tried following the directions, but I had a hard time supporting him while I was trying to get him in. Is 3 weeks to young to be using it?

They need to be 21 inches & 8lbs to use it.

I loved my Bjorn! It did take a few tries to really get the hang of it though. I used to put the straps on and buckle the bottom, then pick up the baby next to my chest and then use say my right hand to hold the baby and my left hand to buckle the right side, then switch to buckle the other side. Does that make sense?

Practice at home before you try it out of the house. It really is easy once you get the hang of it!

Leaning back so that he is lying on your chest helps support him while you fuss with the latch...
