I HATE office politics!!!
no matter how much they sing the "diversity" song, I still feel that ethnic background still has a lot to do with advancements....

I hear ya! They're all old white men where I am. I was taking a class last week and the prof (an old white man) said white men are the new underrepresented group because of affirmative action. yeah, ok.
