Store bought pre cooked whole Chickens
Well i had Salmon last night and it was Yummy.
Tonight I want to do something with a roasted chicken that I bought at best yet market. It is fully cooked, just needs to be heated up. Any good ideas?
I have tons of veggies in the house....Was going to do a little stir fry, but I didnt know if that was wierd...

For chicken I like it with a little lemon or oragne juice flavoring.
KUGEL
1 lb. med. or wide noodles
2 lg. cooking apples
2/3 c. golden raisins
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (drained)
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Cinnamon sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook noodles in water according to package. Drain and rinse under cold water. Slice apples on grater. Add to noodles. Add remaining ingredients, except cinnamon sugar, to noodles. Mix well. Grease pan with butter. Use a 13 x 9 x 2 inch oven-proof pan. Add mixture to pan. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on top. Bake 1 1/4 hours.
You can make this without the apples, and or crushed pineapples and oranges. Just add a splash of oj for taste.
