Nivea Eye Makeup Remover- it's a lotion form, and comes in a light blue tube. I really like it.

lancome bi facil. I have tried some others- recently the neutrogena one and it just doesn't take it off well and it's also quite oily. The lancome doesn't leave that oily feeling on and takes the makeup off nicely

Almay makes a non-oliy eye makeup remover (it has pink lettering instead of blue)

I usually use Lancome as well--- if you don't want to spend the money though-- you can use the Loreal version from the drugstore-- it's in a clear bottle and is blue-- it's practically the same thing-- same company!

Right.. Its like no pulling or tugging. You put it on and touch your eye and it comes off.

This is the one I use too, and I have tried a lot of them. The oily Almay one is too oily, and I don't think the non-oily one works at all.
The Nivea remover is about $6.00 and it's the only one I buy now.

Re: Need a good non-greasy eye makeup remover
I use the nivea sometimes, but I really like the eye make-up remover pads that I get at CVS. I think they may be their own brand, but they are in a tub and come in either oily or non-oily. I believe they cost about $4 for 100.

Re: Need a good non-greasy eye makeup remover
I am in love with my Avon makeup remover. Its a cream, thats really light and takes it right off! The only thing that doesnt irritate my eyes and is not too heavy for them. I was using a different lotion to take off my eye makeup and my dermatologist said it was causing these white things right under my eye so I switched to Avon.
