Someone Help Me Remember a Scary Movie
Okay I don't know if any of you would remember this movie but I do and it still scars the crap out of me just thinking about it. It came out in the 80s I believe.
It was about a girl who comes back and kills her family. Her parents, brother and sister were driving home one night and the girl fell asleep. The brother and sister tie her shoelaces together as a joke. Minutes later the car crashes and goes up in flames and everyone escapes but the girl because of her shoelaces being tied.
The girl comes back (i assume in ghost form) to kill her family. She throws the radio into the bathtub to kill her father. I don't remember how she kills the others. At the end of the movie the mother and one sister are left and the girl kills the mother and comes into the sisters room and she sees her at the end of the bed. I don't remember if she killed the sister or she got away.
I am pretty sure the sister who comes back to kill people is named Allison.
Every Halloween i think about this movie. Don't know why. Does anyone know the name of it?????????????

that movie doesnt sound familiar, hmmmmmm I have to think in the 80's I use to rent scary movies every weekend with friends ( we got drunk and um smoked  and watched scary movies)

The movie is called Don't Go To Sleep, and it was put out in 1982.

YES!!! That is it. Thank you. Here is what i got off of amazon.com
A family, parents and two small children move into a new house and soon strange things began happening. first of all the younger daughter sees her older sister who died in a car accident a year ago. the sister tells her to help her get rid of the famiuly for deserting her so one by one they go until only the daughter and one parent are left. what is so creepy about this movie is you never know until the very very end the truth. is this girl nuts and killing her family? or is she really seeing her dead sister? everyone does a good job. valerie harper as the mom, dennis harper as the dad ruth gordon as the grandma. I have seen this several times and each time it is still creepy
So i guess it was the other sister......now i rememebr it. THANKS!!!
