We are having an open house tomorrow (pics inside)
I thought I would post if anyone is interstead or know's of anyone that is looking we are having an open house tomorrow. The first link is the MLS and the second is more pictures of the house. We ordered a stainless steal chimney style hood for the kitchen and the tile will continue all the way up
Hopefully this works

Thanks everyone. We put alot of work into it not thinking we would move in 2.5 years. We are moving to NJ. I pulled DH from Queens to move out here but he works in the city and the commute is getting to him especially since we had the baby. He only get to DS on weekends at about 10-20 minutes a day durning the week because he comes homes after I put DS to sleep.
Only 1 person came today for the open house  but I know it has to do with the weather because Newsday messed up with the ad and put that the house was $429K.

Honestly, I live in Farmingdale- and there were at least 10 open houses in the woodward parkway area....and I didnt see anyone in any of them.

We are looking in Bergen County (dumont, cresskill, demerast area's) and have a set buget. We did find one house but I dont want to make an offer until we have something in contract with our house. If we sell ours and still can't find anything then we might move back to queens.

good luck selling your house its gorgeous if i could afford it i would be there. im having the same prob as you my hubby wrks in jersey and the commute is as well a problem. I live all the way out east we have looked into jersey but not too sure ourselves. good luck again.
