Check out hungry-girl.com. If you click on Chew the Right Thing or Girls Bite Out, it give you the low down on some foods out there to stay away from, or to go for. Also gives you reviews on restaurants and fast food places. What to eat and not to eat. Really interesting. Has recipies too.
