My mother called this morning and read me teh article. I have known him oddly enough since the day we were born... we were both born on St. Patrick's Day in Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn. We went to Library School together when we were three all the way up to the 8th grade when I moved. He was the smartest kid in our grade. His sister was in the same class as my sister. He went to Binghamton with my stepbrother and my parents ran in to him at the graduation. I worked with his mother when I student taught at my old elementary school. Even though I haven't seen him in years, I am so sad...My stepbrother was in Iraq for about 6 months and we are so lucky that he came out ok...
