We did Jared's Christening at Vincent's in Carle Place, right by Toys R Us. It was 27.95 per person. There was so much food and we had food added to that as well.

I had it at Toque on Merrick road in Bellmore. It is a small restaurant and we had the entire restaurant. I can't remember how much we paid.

We had ours at Hemingways in Wantagh. Sorry, I don't remember the price, but it was more reasonable to take 20 people there than to have it in my house I remember.

I had Julia's at La Parma in Oceanside, the food was and always is terrific, and it was 40pp.

We're going to have it at Cafe Testarrosa in Syosset. Cafe Testarossa $50 a person but we're keeping it small and intimate and only inviting family (about 50 people)

You'll have to let me know how it is. I live pretty close to there, but $50 pp seems over my budget even if we just do family.
The other place I am looking into that has a private room is Cafe Aldente in Oyster Bay.

Peter and I go to that restaurant a lot that's why we picked it. It's soo yummy. It was over our budget too, but they give you so much food and we know for sure the food is so good and it's literally 3 blocks away from the church so we just decided to have it there.

I've never been there, but since my office is two blocks up off Jericho, they always take important clients there, so I know it must be good!
Which Church? I really live 5-10 minutes north of there!
