Weight Watching Moms-week of 11/28

So did we all survive Thanksgiving the start of this wonderful, food filled time of year.
I have to say it wasn't my best WW week. I did count all of my points for all that I ate even though I wanted to play dumb at times.
I was pleasantly surprised to see I lost 1lb this morning. Nothing monumental but I would have to say this is probably the first time ever I lost over a holiday so its a step in the right direction.

Let's share our goals for between now and Christmas. We have a little less than a month. I would like to lose 5.5 pounds by then which would give me a 10 pound total loss. I think if I keep that goal fresh in my mind I can get through the parties and such and hopefully have a nice weigh in the day after Christmas.

Re: Weight Watching Moms-week of 11/28

I didn't do good this week at all! I didn't even have thanksgiving dinner until yesterday, so that's not my excuse. Bill was in the hospital and so that has something to do with it but I really just think that being home all day gives me too much time to eat. It's so bad. I'm not looking forward to going back to work on Thursday because I am going to miss Emily like crazy, but at the same time it'll keep me busy all day and I won't be able to eat all the time.

I gained 1 lb this week. Chat Icon Chat Icon To be honest I was expecting to gain a lot more then that.

As far as my Christmas goals, by the new year I think that I'd like to lose about 7 lbs. I think I can do that in a week. If I lose 7 lbs that will bring me to a total loss of 70 lbs since I'm at 63 now. I also need to have a goal of drinking all of my water! I haven't been doing that and I know it helps so much!

I hope everyone did well this week!!
