Wheatley Heights/Half Hollow Hills?
Anyone know anything about these areas? For some reason I thought HHH was really great, but Wheatley Heights sort of not-so-hot? Any input? TIA

HHH is one of the best ( 2nd to miller place) in suffolk county.. The children that go here are from Melville and Dix Hills. Im not sure about Wheatly Heights..

Some of wheatley heights does go to HHH. In my recollection I do not think wheatley heights is a more desirable area, but I could definitely be wrong.

Re: Wheatley Heights/Half Hollow Hills?
Wheatley Heights was created as a "buffer" between Wyandanch and Dix Hills (some of Wyandanch and Deer Park go to HHH SD also).
There are some nice houses and newer developments there. Some houses in WH advertise under Dix Hills addresses. It depends on where you are - close to Wyandanch is not desirable.

I know that alot of Wheatley Heights addresses are really in Wyandanch. For work, I go to these areas alot and have never seen a Wheatley Heights address in a Dix Hills neighborhood.. its normally in a Wyandanch neighborhood.

right, I didn't mean that they're actually IN Dix Hills - they just use it as a marketing ploy on MLS...same way Wyandanch addresses use Wheatley Heights.
