Anyone experience Hot flashes?
Im 24 weeks pregnant - and during the last week - i've experienced hot flashes twice.
Its a rush of energy going through my body - and my face gets red and its quite uncomfortable.
It just happened to me now while in a meeting - i had to step out get a glass of water and take a few minutes to log on and unwind a bit - I feel like stepping out and getting a breath of fresh air. I don't think its stress - i don't know...
Its strange - has this happened to anyone else?

yes me!!!! lol when i was pregnant with my daughter i was always hot i had the ac on in oct!!!!
