O question (i'm so clueless)
it's my 2nd month off bc and this month i started trying to figure out if/when i O. i've been checking temps and cm. but my gyn said it may be a while before my body adjusts off bc and i start O'ing again. my question is how do u know if u aren't O'ing?

If your cycles are very short or extremely long. If you don't get your AF on your own, that is one indication you aren't ovulating. If you chart and your temps never elevate to a new phase, that's another indication.
Have your temps indicated ovulation on your chart ?

i was sick this week with the flu and had a temp so i can't tell.

Oh okay....I hope you are feeling better !!!
If you end up getting AF, within what seems to be a normal cycle length, chances are you are probably ovulating :) So many people conceive right after BCP.....

I would say try using an OPK. That will tell you exactly when you O.
