x post--Anyone a loan officer?
I posted this on another board hoping more may see it but if anyone can help with info, I would appreciate it...FM if you'd like
Do you like your job? I'm thikning about leaving my current sales job for this and would love feedback. How is the money, how are yourhours, is it 24/7? I know it takes a while to gt things going but did you struggle for more than a year? Any info would be great!!

my dh owns a branch of a mortgage company. They provide leads to theri brokers. I woudl say it takes a good 2-3 months to see a check, because you have to call the person, get them to agree to an appraisal send in theri paperwork, etc. Once you start making $$ though it can be very lucrative. My friend's DH works for HSBC and they pay $35,000 for 1 year
