Does anyone have a cleaning person come once a month?
Just out of curiosity, how long do they stay? What do they do? How much do they charge?
I'm debating biting the bullet just to know that even if I do a shoddy cleaning job, at least I know the apartment will still be clean.

I have one that comes every 2 weeks and she is $75 each time. She is here anywhere from 3 1/2 - 4 hrs.
I love her.

Mine comes every two weeks too and charges $70. She's here about 2.5 hrs. I want to marry her. So does DH!

When I lived in my apartment, I had a cleaning lady that came once a month. Worked out great for me.

We are actually going to be starting (finally) next week with a cleaning lady... Every other week...
she will be charging us $65 but that is because it is my mother's cleaning girl and I think she comes with another person and she is here for 2 hrs...
she told me she charge 75-80 for all new customers...

it's $65
she does everything from clean the bathroom, wash the towels
mop, dust-- everything really

i pay to have one clean my moms house every saturday (it's the least i could do for all the stuff she does for me!), it's $80 and they're there for about 4 hours. the house is immaculate when they leave!!! FM me if you want the info.

i have one that comes every three weeks to clean my apartment for $50. She does EVERYTHING....including cleaning out the fridge. She spends about four hours here, and my apartment isn't big.
