Great Rooms??
Please post pics of your great room if you have one.
DH and I have a great room in our house. We want to renovate the kitchen part of it within the next few months. I know we are crazy to even think about this with all of the renovations we just did, but I just want my house done & finished. TIA

our great room is a living room dining room combo, not a kitchen and other room combo. we do have a kitchen and another part which is an eat in kitchen/breakfast nook area. Is that what you mean?

i know exactly what you are referring to (open den/kitchen). we don't have a great room but do a search on goggle.

ok so I just saw this on an episode of devine design a day or so ago. In that show they decided to take out part of a wall, make a center island instead of a dinnet set added a back wall of pantry space and then had the couch set up next to the stairs. In order to accomodate the tv they got a flat panel and put it on a pivot panel so you could tilt the tv towards the couch but when flat it faced in between the center island and the pantry wall.

Sounds beautiful. Maybe they have the pics on the website? I will check it out.
