middle school teacher interview- questions???
going on an interview tbis week for a middle school reading teacher position. can anyone suggest any questions they may have had on an interview that i might be facing, and some good ways to answer?

Definitely management and how you will deal with young adolescents. I bet they will want to know what kind of strategy you have for the kids and running the classroom.
I would also look at the NYS Ed Dept. website since the tests are changing as of 1/06. The kids in 5,6, and 7 will take tests similar to the ones that the 8th graders have been taking. I would not be surprised if they ask you what you know about those tests and how you'd prepare the kids.
