sweet potato fries
cut sweet potato into steak fries like pieces spray baking pan with pam
melt butter and brown sugar in a cup in the microwave
spread that on fries and bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes
yummy

I leave the skin on and put them on a cookie sheet with the non skin side up
