can you ask the hall to wrap it for you? in a few seperate packages for the guests. if you are paying for the party i don't see a reaspn why they can't do that for you.

Since we had out of town guests, any food that wasn't served for our no-shows our wedding the hall packed up for my mom's house. Also very convenient because really neither of us wanted to cook..and we didn't get a chance to taste the food.
I wouldn't do the ziplocks but definitely ask the hall/restaurant to do it.
