French Doors

So we have Anderson French Doors leading to the back yard. I dont know what to put on them to cover up in the evening so the next block is not watching me sit my a$$ on the couch..

The previous owners had plain white mini blinds. I hate mini blinds, but I dont know what else to put on them. Help.
Thanks
Karen

This picture is from the listing service, So we have a new carpet and walls.

What about this?

Re: French Doors

We have no one in back of us except a wooded area, so we aren't concerned about people seeing in, but this is what we did on our french doors.... We wanted to be able to let light in, and at the same time, to be able to open up both doors fully and slide the drapes to the side:

Re: French Doors

Thank you. So you slide the drapes to one side to open one of the doors?

We only have one door that opens.

Yes, the drapes are on curtain rods. Both doors open, so we just untie the middle and slide the drapes over. We can even leave the drapes un-cinched in the middle and cover the whole door for a different look.

We just got a french door and got a roman shade for it. I love it. This is it...in all tan though.

Re: French Doors

That looks like the picture that I had posted. Is that it? Did you get them at Bed Bath & Beyond?
Thank you.

The Window treatments are up with velcro? That is nice & easy. How do they roll up & stay up? I'd love to know where to find them since I'll have frence doors in my bedroom soon.

ETA: I LOVE the Roman shade!
