I hate being dissed!
I went to tell a co-worker a quick story (I mean, quick, more like a comment someone made) and as I'm talking, she sees someone else and starts talking to them, tells me to hold on, then continues talking to the other person about something completely random while I'm standing there like an idiot for 2 minutes and never comes back to hear the rest of my story.  WTH???  I never would do that to someone. I would have said "Excuse me...Bob, I need to talk to you...okay, you were saying..."

I didn't. And it wasn't even a story, it was a comment that one of my students said her mom made about the homework I give. Something along the lines of I give homework for the parents, not the kids. Which is  , okay, this is the gifted class, the homework is to make them THINK  Anyway...
But I was a bit peeved because I would NEVER do this to someone.
