I have temperature taking anxiety
I'm so worried about waking up on time and taking my temp accurately because OPKs aren't working accurately for me, that I keep waking during the night because I'm afraid of missing it. I woke up 4 times during the night and took my temp out of reflex--twice I fell asleep with the thermometer in my mouth still before it was finished reading. The temp on the thermometer when I woke up this morning, which was really from like 3:30am, read 88.88 deg If I keep this up, I'll have no way of telling what's going on.

Re: I have temperature taking anxiety
I keep my thermometer on the nightstand right by the alarm clock. I wake up at 7 anyway to get ready for work, so I take my temp as soon as the alarm goes off.
Although I do admit to snoozing a bit afterwards.....

Re: I have temperature taking anxiety
I do get that way sometimes. Especially when I think I O'd and want my temp to go up so I can confirm. I tend to roll around all night, half in and half out of sleep.
