Scott, Flee & any NS people - help!!!
Went out to lunch for work today and got a salad at Panera. Figured that was ok, right? I get back to the office and it had 390 calories and 30 something grams of fat!!! How does a salad with "fat free" dressing have that much!!! Here's a link, it was the Fandango salad at Panera:
panera
I figure I will just make my lunch my dinner and have lunch at dinner - right?? to equal out the calories? most dinner entrees have about 390?

I'm not on NS, but I can tell you from being on WW gorgonzola and walnuts have a lot of fat.
If you took out the gorgonzola andf walnuts I think you would cut out the fat significantly.
It ***** when you think you are eating healthy (whihc you are) and get screwed.
The McDonald's Fruit and Walnut salad is like 6 points and all it is is apples, walnuts, grapes and low-fat yogurt. I was ****** after I ate it!

You should be fine Jen... !!
As you said, I would just have a 'lunch' entree for dinner tonight.. and no damage will be done..
Most dinner entrees are anywhere from 220-300 calories, then when you add in a salad and veggies (maybe 50 calories more) it would have added up to approx. the same amount of calories you had for lunch..
Its amazing though when you eat "off plan" and the look up the nutritional values, etc, how HIGH in calories/fat everything is If nothing else, I've truly learned about portion control on this diet!
Good luck!

Oh yea all of those salads even from wendys mickey D's are loaded with hidden fats.
I switch most of the time my lunches and dinner b/c Im more hungry during the day than at night. at night I have the lunch and a huge salad- now heres the thing at night you can add fat to your salad, so I add either olives or avocado. yum and filling!!!
