Commack house lowered price
Moms house
Figured I'd give it another go as my Moms beautiful house in Commack has just had it's price lowered to 489,000. There is an open house on Sunday. Check out the MLS listing too if you like

It is a nice house. We are looking but we want to stay in Northport schools and we can't do a split or high ranch as my Dad is disabled... this makes the home search process hard.
Good luck. It would be great for a small family trying to get into the area.

Us too. It's a bit higher than what we've been pre-qualified for.
